In the final round of interview, I prefer to ask this question to the interviewees. This question checks the perspective of the candidates about how they feel to be updated all the times in current market trends.
Below are some great sources of knowledge for a working professional. Use them when you are framing your answer to the interviewer.
1. Network with people both internally to your organization and outside of your organization. There is no alternative of networking.
Internally in your organization - connect with people from different vertical, different domain. See what problems other collogues are facing. Sometimes we face problem to find a solution, the same might have been faced by other people who are working in the same job role and might be few desks away from you!! When you connect with these people, you will find a great source of knowledge to solve your business problems.
External to your organization - Linked in is a great platform to network with people and increase your knowledge. There are other ways also to network with people and gain knowledge.
